These terms apply to the use of montari.nl and of the online tools that Montari offers or manages, such as publishing and analytics tools connected to our own channels. By using the site or those tools, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Montari builds custom AI automation for businesses. Montari is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 42148366. You can reach us at info@montari.nl.

Use of the website

The content of montari.nl, including the articles in De Radar, is intended as general information. We do our best to keep that information accurate and up to date, but no rights can be derived from it. Decisions you make based on this information are your own responsibility.

All text, images and other content on this site belong to Montari or our licensors. You may not reuse any of it for commercial purposes without written permission.

Our tools and integrations

Montari uses its own software that connects to platforms such as social networks through official APIs. Those tools publish and manage content exclusively on Montari's own accounts, always with human approval in advance. They do not process data of third parties. The terms of the platform in question also apply to the use of those platforms.

Services

We deliver automation projects and other paid services on the basis of a quote or agreement. It sets out the arrangements on scope, price, schedule and liability; those arrangements take precedence over these general terms of use.

Websites, hosting and monthly management

Building, hosting and maintaining a website comes with a monthly fee that we agree on in advance. On a twelve-month agreement we charge no setup fee; if you choose to be able to cancel monthly, you pay for the build once, up front. The amounts stated on our site exclude VAT and, where we say "from", are a starting amount, with the final price depending on the scope of the work.

The monthly fee covers hosting, an SSL certificate, maintenance, backups and the changes you reasonably send in. Work that clearly falls outside that scope, such as a complete rebuild or new functionality, we agree on separately before we start.

The text, images and data you provide or that we create for your site remain yours, as does your domain name. If the working relationship ends, we deliver that content in a usable form so that another provider can take over. The website runs on our hosting; we do not transfer that hosting itself or the underlying technology. You can cancel a twelve-month agreement toward the end of that period, and a monthly agreement toward the end of each month.

For SEO, review management and social media management, we commit to an effort and do not guarantee a result. So we do not promise a position in a search engine or a number of reviews or followers. We ask for reviews only from people who have actually been your customers, without anything in return; we never write them ourselves. For work in your accounts you give us the access we need, and you can revoke it at any time.

Liability

We take great care with the site and our tools, but we do not guarantee that everything always works without errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Montari is not liable for indirect or consequential damage resulting from the use of the site or the tools.

Changes and governing law
